SD型工業設備橡膠減震墊以耐油橡膠為彈性材料經硫化模壓成型，其波浪狀表面可降低隔振墊垂向剛度，隔振墊基本塊尺寸為84x84x20(mm)該系列產品由一種規格尺寸，三種橡膠硬度隔振墊組成，承載范圍從0.2KN~6KN。為提高隔振效果，可多層隔振墊串聯使用，并各層之間以金屬薄板(3mm)隔開，n層串聯隔振墊總剛度為單層的1/n倍，考慮到垂向穩定性，串聯后隔振墊的總高度不應超過隔振墊的寬度，當被隔振體較輕時，可將隔振分割成1/2塊使用，分割后隔振墊承載能力及剛度也為原來的1/2倍，分割后的隔振墊也可再串聯使用。
